you arrive at our office, we want you to feel special.
Our reception area is complete with a refreshment
center featuring gourmet coffee, tea, juices, fruit,
and fresh-baked Otis Spunkmeyer cookies, as well
as a handicap-accessible restroom. The relaxed atmosphere
of our office is also complemented by a beautiful
450 gallon aquarium! You will be greeted by our
Practice Concierge who will offer you a refreshment,
give you a tour of our office, and then escort you
to our studio where you will meet Dr. McVicker in
a comfortable, private setting. |

We know that your time is valuable, so we promise
never to keep you waiting. We do not schedule
more than one guest at a time so that you will
always have our undivided attention. After being
escorted by your personal Treatment Coordinator
to a treatment room, you may choose to use the
heated massage unit, TV/DVD glasses to view a
favorite show or movie, or choose commercial-free
online music using the latest Bose stereo headphones.
We also offer each guest a complimentary hot paraffin
hand treatment while we help you with your dental
needs!
After
your treatment is complete, you will be handed
a warm, scented towel to refresh yourself and
then escorted back to the studio to make any future
appointments or take care of any financial transactions.
In this way, you will never have to wait for a
busy front desk person and are assured privacy
when discussing financial arrangements.
